Cancellation Policy

Green Fee Booking Policy Business and Fairways / Elite Greens Group, S.A. acts as an intermediary between the client and independent golf courses. We do not own or operate the golf course. All tee times are subject to golf course availability. A booking is confirmed only when Business and Fairways sends final confirmation with the date, tee time, golf course, and booking details. If your requested tee time is not available, we may offer an alternative date or time. If no suitable alternative is available and payment has already been made, a refund will be issued. All published green fee prices include applicable taxes and payment processing charges. Payment must be completed through the approved payment method or payment link provided by Business and Fairways. You may cancel your confirmed green fee booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tee time and receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tee time are non-refundable. No-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or failure to comply with golf course rules are non-refundable. Date or time change requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tee time may be accepted subject to golf course availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled tee time are not guaranteed and may be treated as non-refundable, depending on the golf course’s policy. If the golf course officially closes or cancels play due to weather, maintenance, tournament activity, or another operational reason, Business and Fairways will assist with rescheduling or issuing a refund, depending on the golf course’s final decision. If the course remains open and the client chooses not to play, the booking is non-refundable. Clients are responsible for arriving on time, following dress code, pace of play, safety rules, and conduct standards. The golf course may deny access to any client who does not comply with its rules; no refund will apply. Business and Fairways may request additional identification or payment verification to prevent fraud, unauthorized payments, or abusive booking behavior. We may cancel or refuse a booking if fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be subject to the laws and competent courts of Panama.
